oneworld announces Malaysia Airlines as the twelfth carrier to join their alliance.

The newest membership strengthens connectivity between key business cities in Asia, with the introduction of routes to 16 additional destinations, and one further country* to the groups’ network.

In honour of the partnership, ceremonies were held throughout the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur on 1 February 2013 - the day of the initiation.
