Nearly all those who use the check-in kiosks also obtain their luggage tags from them
                                                        
Three  of every four Iberia passengers embarking at the airline's T4 hub in Madrid airport obtain their boarding passes automatically, using mobile phones, the iberia.com website, or airport check-in kiosks. On August 1 the Spanish airline loaded theT4 kiosks with new software enabling customers to obtain their boarding passes and luggage tags in less than 30 seconds.

In subsequent five days use of the kiosks rose by 10%.

Pantalla auto chek-in (nuevo software)Some 95% of passengers who obtained their boarding passes from the kiosks also got their luggage tags from the machines. Kiosk luggage tag issues increased by 5% in the first five days.
