New partnerships
We are negotiating and implementing a codeshare agreement with Pegasus (PC). IB code will be sold on PC daily flights MAD-SAW-MAD and BCN-SAW-MAD and points beyond in Turkey: Ismir, Capadocia, Ankara, Antalya, Dalaman, Bodrum, Adana and more. The launch of routes is due in July 2023.
Together with TAG Guatemala, we signed an interline agreement at FITUR, with routes launching April 2023. This agreement will allow us to offer new destinations in Guatemala, Belice and Honduras in connection with their MAD-GUA-MAD trunk route as follows:
• Guatemala: Flores /Tikal (FRS). Puerto Barrios (PBR), Retalhuleu (RER), Quetzaltenango/Xela (AAZ)
• Belice (BZE)
• Honduras: San Pedro Sula (SAP), Tegucigalpa (TGU), vRoatan (RTB)
New A350 NEXT fleet
The arrival of our new A350 NEXT fleet with considerable improvements in our three cabins, represents a unique opportunity to reinforce some of our key attributes: premiumness, modernity and the quality of our product.
Main Objective: Communicate the improvement in experience in the three cabins.
Message: Improvements in terms of privacy, comfort, modernity.
Media mix: connected TV, social, digital, OOH in MAD, radio.
Digital concierge
As a first version of Digital Concierge, we will release a new Lite version that will include:
• Webapp design created for mobile version.
• Use cases that can be used during the flight: digital menus, Gastrobar, Pre Order, Connecting gates, Wi-Fi portal, on board entertainment, self-management disruptions, etc.
• Inflight bot also created to be used up in the air without a Wi-Fi navigation package.
• Feedback widget embedding.
• Launch campaign: airport, band pillows, IFE, etc.
• Created to reduce stress and manage satisfactory any disruption or key basic information about the trip.
Gastrobar
Gastrobar is our retail service offered for purchase in advance, or once on board, with credit card payments only:
• Pre-order: freshly made meals which can be purchased until 8hr prior to flight’s departure from MAD and until 24h on other short and medium haul inbound flights destinations.
• Buy on Board: on board purchase service where a selection of sandwiches, salty & sweet snacks, and spirits is offered (does not replace a meal service).
