Following the COVID-19 disruption and with the aim of giving you greater flexibility as we begin flying, we have issued the following Groups policy:

Please read and ensure your customers are aware of Iberia's health and safety requirements before they begin their journey to the airport.

We are currently working through high enquiry volumes and will be processing the bookings in order of departure date/time. Please email your enquiry with the following:
- PNR and departure date in the subject line
- The rebooking options your would like (in order of preference) plus your contact number and any other details that may help us to resolve your request as efficiently as possible in the email body
If you have not heard from us and your booking is due to travel in 24 hours please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
