From 28 March 2024, Iberia will add a new destination to it’s list: Tirana (Albania). Iberia will operate three flights per week to Tirana on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from Madrid to Tirana’s Madre Teresa International Airport.
The route will be operated by a A320 Neo Aircraft and during the 2024 summer season, will offer over 32,000 seats between Spain and the Balkan Country.
Tirana will become Iberia’s 138th destination
Tirana, Iberia’s new destination, is not well known to Spanish tourists and comabines a rich cultural heritage with impressive nature. Albania, a calm and hospitable country, is one of the best kept secrets in the Balkans.
This destination offers attractions for all tastes: the tranquility of it’s Mediterranean coast, the Albanian Riviera; mountains reaching over 2,000 metres, castles, and Unesco Heritage Sites such as the city of Berat.
