Iberia has been awarded 'Best Airline Staff Service in Europe' at the 2024 World Airline Awards, held at the Fairmont Windsor Park in London. The prestigious awards, known as "the Oscars of the aviation industry," are hosted by Skytrax, the international air transport rating organisation.

María Jesús López Solás, Commercial, Clients, Network Development and Alliances Director, accepted the award on behalf of our employees. This accolade recognises our excellence across all customer service touch points, including on board, at the airport, and in various service areas such as call centres and VIP lounges.
