We've changed our location within London Heathrow Terminal 5, moving from Zone A/B to Zone H.

In this new location, we will share the space with British Airways’ World Traveller Plus counters. 

In this southern part of the airport, Iberia Business customers or those with Top Tier cards (Iberia Plus Platinum, Infinita and Gold) will have more direct access to the Fast Track check-in in Zone J and to the Emerald and Galleries lounges.

The number of counters available will remain the same, with six desks dedicated to Economy passengers and two for Business Class.
